Amazing stay. The staff were incredible, made it feel like a chalet, warm, relaxed and friendly. Reception booked all of our restaurants and understood our requirements perfectly, great meals. Nothing was too much to ask. Room was comfortable and clean. We had a great view of the pistes. Breakfast was good, another example of friendly easygoing staff. There is ski rental within the hotel, a very knowledgable and jolly man. Made skiing as a beginner far less scary. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The breakfast was atrocious, not just because of the £700 per night cost, but vs any hotel. An extra £5 for an egg, or £14 for orange juice is taking the piss. In the room 1 bottle of water was for free, the rest you pay for. Again, in a £700 per night hotel that is plainly ridiculous. The toiletries in the room were watered down to within an inch of their life. The rooms were tatty, scuffed paint, paint peeling, lights flickering.

Top quality hotel. The service and rooms are top notch. It is a great ski in and ski out location. Breakfast is great. The staff are very helpful and super nice. The location is excellent, short walk to shopping and restaurants. Absolutely recommend staying here

We are on a very special 79 day holiday to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary and have stayed in a few hotels so far on our Journey. What we found so different with Les 3 Valleys was the staff and in particular Isis and Benoit (we asked their names). They added a fantastic friendly personal touch and made us feel incredibly welcome. We were given a tour of the hotel to show us all the immunities, Benoit gave us all the information for the skiing areas and was absolutely fantastic in the bar to serve us drinks as well as our waiter at dinners. We chose to eat in the restaurant twice purely because of how lovely they were to us and we only stayed three nights. They are a real asset to this Hotel. We were treated with respect and in such a genuine friendly manner. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Excellent ski in ski out location and short walk to town. Nice views of the slopes. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate and appreciated. We had dinner one night and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Room was well appointed but a little tight.

This was our second stay at Hotel des Trois Vallees. We stayed for 5 nights in 2022 and loved it so much we returned this year. The location of the property is amazing, literally a one min ski from the main gondolas in 1850. Its also walking distance to so many great restaurants such as le grand cafe, tremplin, le Grenier (our fave) and le saulire. On both occasions our rooms have been ready at arrival and have been comfortable and chic. The breakfast has been delicious and the waiting staff always pleasant. The spa downstairs is an added bonus. We love the steam and sauna and also the massages on offer. The receptionist staff, particularly Cuit is super helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and he's always happy to make recommendations and restaurant bookings. The hotel manager Anais is super lovely and came to check if our stay was comfortable. Schub in the ski room is wonderful! He's super helpful and friendly. He remembered us from last year and again nothing is too much trouble for him. We absolutely love dealing with him. The hotel is beginning to feel like a home away from home and we look forward to visiting next year.

Perfect service, fantastic ski-in ski-out location in Courchevel 1850. It’s super close to dozens of shops and restaurants, but quiet enough given its position on the slopes. Strongly recommended for those looking for an easy ski getaway, as the hotel can sort out all of your ski needs without the need to leave your room. Lovely building and rooms, would recommend especially for those who like boutique hotels with character.

I want to share my bad experience with the hotel staff. One day before finishing our stay we contacted the reception if it’s possible to book a van for our transfer to the airport. They said ok no problem and when I checked later that day if it’s been solved they said…they could’t find a van. So I started looking online to book a van for our transfer and managed to sort it out. Next day we had a surprise to have two vans waiting outside the hotel, one that’s been booked by me and the 2nd one by the hotel without letting me know they’ve managed to book one!!! So I had to refuse the one booked by the hotel as I’ve paid in full the one booked by me. At hotel checkout I paid my outstanding balance for minibar and the rest of the bills in cash and I was expecting for the amount that’s been blocked from my credit card as a deposit at checkin to be returned, but guess what? They didn’t returned my money back and when I contacted the hotel they said they have to charge me for the van that I didn’t take!!! How is possible to charge me for something without letting me know??? And for something that you didn’t confirm with me that’s coming or not??? Absolute disgusted about this !!!!! This is called theft !!! I will inform the authorities
